Chris Martin has a mystical voice that always has the potential to turn any music listener into at least a modest fan of Coldplay. This is the category I fall into. There is no denying the power of some of their music it just doesn't always do it for me. Chris Martin sold me on his ability to mix well with Hip Hop when he dropped the hook on Kanye's track "Homecoming". It is actually the track that turned me on to Kanye for good.
